Our Cacao is sourced from native trees of wild heritage. Each pod is hand-harvested, and processed with care, by hand, supported only by gentle, Cacao-friendly machines to preserve the integrity and spirit of the plant. Every block is lovingly hand-packed to honour this medicine.
Our paste is made exclusively from Cacao seeds of heirloom trees, from remote food forests in three stunning regions of Ecuador: Manabí, Esmeraldas, and Carchi. By partnering with local farms, we help protect biodiversity and preserve ancient Cacao varieties unique to each of these regions.
Our Cacao belongs to the legendary “Nacional” and “Fino y de Aroma” category; the rarest and most exquisite variety of Cacao in the world, globally celebrated for its exceptional aroma, flavour profile and powerful medicinal properties.
